Who are we? PPIS

PPIS is one of Singapore’s most-established women-centred social service agency. Founded in 1952, PPIS is dedicated to empowering women and strengthening families island-wide.

We operate:

Family Services
Casework & counselling, foster-family support, parenting and marriage programmes.

Student & Foster Care
Structured after‑school care with enrichments and meals. Comprehensive foster‑family placement and support.

Halfway House
Residential rehabilitation and reintegration support for women in community programmes.

Your Role in their Story

One registration, one donation, one shared story can:
  • keep a mother in therapy,
  • support a child through exam season,

Frequently Asked Questions

A 3-month virtual walk (1 Aug – 31 Oct 2025) that turns everyday steps into funds for PPIS programmes supporting women and families. Participants walk anywhere, track distance, and can raise extra donations.
Proceeds power PPIS services - family counselling, parenting & financial-literacy workshops, student care, and a residential facility for women in transition.
  • Individual Walker (SGD 60)
  • Team (3–5 pax, SGD 60 per member)
  • School / Corporate (SGD 240 per institution, unlimited members)
No. Participants under 18 need their parent’s / guardian’s consent.
